Little authentic Roman restaurant with brilliant food. We had perfect pasta, nicely cooked steak with truffle and super light tiramisu. Great local wines by the glass too… we managed to walk in at 7:30pm but it was fully booked from 9pm onwards
We were treated to a meal here by friends who know the place well. Everything was superbly cooked. Casual, authentic atmosphere. Relaxed but professional service. We felt right at home. Probably the most enjoyable meal of our trip, better than some of the fine dining choices we tried!
Wow! This place is a hidden gem—super tasty and rich in flavor. I’ve been here a couple of times, and I enjoyed it every time. It can get busy, so you might need to book in advance, but it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a great dining experience, don’t miss this spot!
Discovered this hidden Gem on a Blog post. After having some really bad experience in Rome before this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is good and the staff really nice. I would recommend going with a starter first because they are really tasty and second because the portions are a bit small.Would definitely go here again!
Nice food with many locals choose it for lunch.... recommend, definitely not a tourist trap
We went three times for dinner and loved it each time. A charm popular with locals had a strong range of choices. I had linguine and clams, a nice skillet chicken, a salad of fennel, oranges and olives and an app of fresh figs with drizzle of honey over bruschetta. Not just pasta, pasta, pasta. The staff were very polite and accommodating and the dining rooms were very nice.Definitely will go back next time I’m in Roma!Ciao Ciao
Absolutely fabulous. Every dish was fantastic, the standout being the amatriciana (not pictured). We called late Friday evening and they were able to accommodate us.. and WOW I am glad that was the case! Authentic, delicious - must try when in Rome!
Incredibly nice place within walking distance from Campo dei fiori, but a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of it. Very good, typical Roman food, cooked very well and served by polite and efficient staff. The sommelier was extremely nice as well and we had a great time ! The crostini with artichoke and guanciale were incredible, the lardo di colonnata was very good too, and the saltimbocca alla romana was excellent, and the dessert were very good too ! Definitely a place I want to come back to as soon as I return to Rome!
